亲爱的家长，第三单元的主题是“我爱动物”，围绕这一主题，我们 展开了一系列的活动，如:小鸡,小鸭, 小猫, 小狗,小老鼠,小白兔, 小山羊,大象等；还有故事，手指谣，美劳,谈话活动等，通过这些活动，小朋友们对熟悉的动物有了初步的了解, 他们学习认识一些常见动物的主要外形特征和生活习性,活动方式等.

美劳―――拼贴画



景曦用左手的拇指和食指拿着一块红 色的光滑布条, 正在把它贴在涂着白胶的纸上。

佩洁左手按住一块绿 色的布条和右手,用右手的食指把布按在纸上。

Punith正用左手的拇指按住纸条的一端,用右手拿着纸条的另一端,准备把一张黄色的纸条贴在白纸上。


7月21日是多元种族和谐日,我们班也让孩子参与了不这项活动,请看:

Familiar Objects Printing

One of the lessons the toddlers had was to explore the different familiar objects that they could possibly find in the classroom or at home. Objects are very simple like fork, spoon, patty presser and bottle rims.

Kai Yee had the time to pose for the camera while pressing the patty presser to make patty presser printings!


Chryzen was using the paintbrush to make her own creative painting.

Celeste was concentrating so hard while making her fork printings!

"Look at us! We are making patty presser printings and fork printings! Yeah!"

"Nice.." thought Ying Xuan to herself.

Javier was creating toilet roll rim printings!

On the other hand, Punith was making blue bottle rim printings!

Just like Kai Yee, Peijie used the patty presser to create patty presser printings.

Here was Jing Xi with the patty presser and Raelene with the bottle!

And here was Audrey printings with the fork!

Another lesson was to make cheese hotdog sandwiches!
The ingredients were simply just sausages cut into small slices, slices of cheese, slices of bread and tomato sauce.

The children could not wait to start.

"Teacher, hurry!"

"Alright, first we spread the tomato sauce onto one slice of bread".

"Then we add the cheese and sausages".

"Now you try it!"

"We're done! Can't wait to just devour this! Yummy!"
