Dear Parents,

Would you like to know what your child has been doing to keep fit?

Yes! EXERCISE!

"Hmm this bar looks interesting! Let's try."

"Hurray! We are able to hold it tight!"


"How about some riding over here? A horse, or motorcycle!"


"I need a rest. Sitting down here is comfortable."


"While exercising, we picked up some tiny flowers from the ground! Beautiful flowers!"


"Alright. We're very tired! Let's take a rest everyone!"


Dear Parents, always encourage your children to exercise! Doing some mini workouts like jumping, skipping, rotating of hands, jogging on the spot - they are enough for your child to keep fit and grow well! :)
